Europcar: Morgan Stanley increases stake above 5%

(CercleFinance.com) - Morgan Stanley has informed the AMF that on 23 May, via its subsidiaries, it has increased its stake in Europcar to above the threshold of 5% of its capital and voting rights.
It now indirectly holds 6.44% of the vehicle rental group's capital and voting rights.

These thresholds have been exceeded following Morgan Stanley's purchase of Europcar shares on the market.
