Spie: agreement to acquire MBG energy

(CercleFinance.com) - Spie announces the signature of an agreement for the acquisition of approximately 75% of MBG energy GmbH, a German provider of engineering, procurement and construction services for the deployment of photovoltaic panels.


Specialising in the installation of solar panels on building roofs in northeast Germany, the company has 47 employees and generated sales of around E15m in 2023.

MBG energy's management team, including the founders, will join Spie, and the remaining 25% of the capital will be held by the current management team. The agreement includes put and call mechanisms linked to this shareholding.
