Spie: in talks to acquire Cimilec

(CercleFinance.com) - Spie announces that it has entered into exclusive negotiations with a view to acquiring Cimlec from Groupe Gorgé in France, which will enable it to strengthen its presence in the industrial services market in France - and particularly in robotics.


As a specialist in solutions in the fields of electricity, automation and industrial robotics, in 2018 Cimlec had about 310 employees for revenues of about 42 million euros.

The French multi-technical services group and Cimlec shareholders aim to finalise the deal by July 2019, after obtaining the opinion from staff representative bodies.
