Elior: buyback of 2026 bonds for 390 million euros
(CercleFinance.com) - Elior announced last night that it had repurchased approximately 390.
5 million euros worth of its senior bonds due 2026 as part of its recent refinancing operation.
Following these repurchases, the total principal amount of existing 2026 bonds remaining in circulation will be approximately 159.5 million euros, the foodservices group said in a press release.
The bonds repurchased under the offer are intended for cancellation and will not be reissued or resold, the notice states.
Elior refinanced its 2026 bond with a new 2030 issue of 500 million euros with a coupon of 5.625%, a transaction that was successfully completed last week.
