Elior: 9m sales down 19.3% in organic terms

(CercleFinance.com) - Elior has reported 9m 2019-20 sales of 3,131 million euros, down 19.
3% like-for-like and at constant exchange rates, including Q3 sales of 672 million euros, down 46.4% on an organic basis.

Excluding the impact of Covid-19, strikes in France and the voluntary termination of contracts from the previous year, the Services and catering group nevertheless estimates its organic growth at +1.6% for the first nine months and +1.8% for Q3.

In view of the substantial efforts made by its teams and performance over recent months, Elior says that it now expects an impact on EBITA, adjusted for the loss of revenue over the year to be less than 30%.
