Elior: no dividend planned for fiscal year 2020-21

(CercleFinance.com) - Elior has announced that its board of directors has already decided that it will not propose the payment of dividends at its next AGM to be held in March 2021, in order to support its development, and jobs, over the long term.


Aware of the potential impact of the crisis, the group has also decided to create a solidarity fund to support its most vulnerable employees, a fund financed by cuts to the remuneration of directors.

In the United States, a dedicated fund is already in place to assist employees, a specific solidarity fund that is financed by the group and by exceptional contributions made by the CEO of Elior NA and all members of Elior NA's executive committee.
