Elior: Q1 sales almost flat
(CercleFinance.com) - Elior has announced Q1 2019-20 sales of 1,308 million euros, down 0.
7% y-o-y, in line with the catering and services group's targets.
In organic terms sales fell 1.8%, although this would have been -1.1% without the impact of social unrest in France, which had an estimated impact of nine million euros in December. The overall retention rate is 92%, compared with 91% last year.
In line with its medium-term growth trajectory, Elior has confirmed its 2019-20 organic growth outlook of 2%, at least a 10 basis point improvement in its EBITA margin and capex of under 3% of sales.
