Rexel: EU approves acquisition of Wasco Group
(CercleFinance.com) - The European Commission has approved the acquisition of the Netherlands-based Wasco Group by Rexel Développement.
Wasco distributes products and services related to electrical systems to professional customers. Rexel is mainly active as a distributor of sanitary and air-conditioning products and spare parts.
