Rexel: recurring net income triples in H1
(CercleFinance.com) - Rexel has reported H1 2021 recurring net income of 241.
7 million euros (+192.9%), resulting from an historically high EBITA performance with an adjusted EBITA margin that is up 232 basis points at 5.6%.
At 7.06 billion euros, the electrical supplies distributor's H1 sales increased by 16.7% (+19.9% on a same-day basis), accelerating to +32.3% on a constant and same-day basis in Q2.
Rexel has confirmed its recently raised FY 2021 targets, with strong upside potential in all geographies, particularly North America, where volumes (excluding inflation) remain 15% below pre-crisis levels.
