Clariane: Flat Footed exceeds 5% threshold

(CercleFinance.com) - Flat Footed LLC, acting on behalf of funds, declared to the AMF that on April 26 it had exceeded the thresholds of 5% of Clariane's capital and voting rights, following the acquisition of shares on the market.


The management company stated that it held 5,712,154 shares representing the same number of voting rights, or 5.34% of the dependency care group's capital and voting rights, on behalf of the aforementioned funds.
