Arkema: BlackRock holds less than 5% of the capital

(CercleFinance.com) - BlackRock, acting on behalf of clients and funds under its management, has declared to the AMF that on March 28, 2024, it crossed below the threshold of 5% of the share capital of Arkema and held, on behalf of said clients and funds, 4.
99% of the share capital and 4.03% of the voting rights of this company.

This threshold crossing results from a sale of Arkema shares outside and on the market and a reduction in the number of Arkema shares held as collateral.
