Arkema: E700m bond issue

(CercleFinance.com) - Arkema announced last night that it had successfully priced a E700m bond issue maturing in 6.
5 years and bearing an annual coupon of 4.25%, in order, amongst other things, to extend the maturity of its debt.

In a financial notice, the French chemicals group said that, via this issue, it was aiming to refinance its closest bond maturities and extend the average maturity of its debt.

Arkema is rated "BBB+" by Standard & Poor's, with a "positive" outlook, and "Baa1" with a "stable" outlook by Moody's.
