Legrand: two acquisitions - in Netherlands and India

(CercleFinance.com) - Legrand announces two acquisitions in the buoyant fields of assisted living and healthcare, as well as in data centers, hence reinforcing the group's leadership positions in its fastest-growing segments.


These acquisitions include Enovation, a Dutch healthcare software company employing over 350 people, with annual sales of over E60m and an adjusted operating margin significantly higher than Legrand's.

Legrand has also acquired Netrack, an Indian specialist in the manufacture of server and network racks. Based in Bengalore, it employs over 250 people and generates annual sales of around E10m.
