Ipsen: Parvus AM Europe Ltd exceeds 5% of voting rights

(CercleFinance.com) - Parvus Asset Management Europe Limited, acting on behalf of clients and funds, declared to the AMF that on October 15 it had exceeded the threshold of 5% of Ipsen's voting rights, following the acquisition of shares on the market.


The asset management company said it held 6,621,318 Ipsen shares representing the same number of voting rights on behalf of its clients and funds, i.e. 7.90% of the pharmaceutical company's capital and 5.01% of its voting rights.
