Alstom: JP Morgan Chase &Co. crosses 5% capital & voting thresholds

(CercleFinance.com) - On February 5, 2024, JP Morgan Chase & Co.
declared to the AMF that it had indirectly exceeded the thresholds of 5% of the share capital and voting rights of Alstom, and that it held, indirectly through the companies it controlled, 5.08% of the share capital and voting rights of this company.

This threshold crossing results from the acquisition of Alstom shares off-market and an increase in the number of Alstom shares held by assimilation.
