Nexity: presents strategy for 2022-2026

(CercleFinance.com) - Nexity is holding an investor day today to present its strategy as a global real estate operator for 2022-2026.


The Group confirms its guidance for 2022. It is targeting a 14% market share in residential property in a market that is expected to reach 130,000 units, along with revenues of over 4.6 billion euros sales and an operating margin of around 8%.

Nexity is also announcing its medium-term targets: the group expects to have over 20% of the residential property market by 2030, more than 6 billion euros in sales and an underlying operating income of more than 500 million euros by 2026.
