Gecina: 9% increase in EPRA NAV per share in 2019

(CercleFinance.com) - Gecina has published an EPRA NAV of 175.
8 euros per share at the end of 2019, up 9% year-on-year, generating an overall return of 12.2% over 12 months, as well as net recurrent EPS that is up 6% at 5.95 euros, above the group's initial expectations.

A dividend of 5.60 euros per share for 2019 will be proposed at the AGM of 23 April, which will mean a payment of a cash advance of 2.80 euros on 6 March, with the remainder paid on 3 July.

Saying that 2020 will be marked by the effects of the group refocusing its portfolio, the reloading of the pipeline and the ramp-up of deliveries, Gecina forecasts net recurrent EPS to increase by 2% (-2.5% without restatement of disposals in 2019).
