Bureau Veritas: presents its 2028 strategy and ambitions

(CercleFinance.com) - Bureau Veritas is holding its Investor Day today, at which it will present its 2028 strategy and financial ambitions.
This new LEAP I 28 strategy aims to mark a turning point in terms of growth and performance.

Regarding its 2028 ambitions, the group is targeting high single-digit total sales growth (with moderate to high single-digit organic growth), steady improvement in adjusted operating margin, double-digit shareholder return based on EPS TCAM growth and dividend yield, and a strong cash flow conversion rate (above 90%).

To support its strategy and reflect its financial strength, Bureau Veritas intends to acquire its own shares for up to E200m in 2024.
