Trigano: H1 NP up 48%

(CercleFinance.com) - Trigano reports H1 sales of E1,905m, up 18% y-o-y.


H1 consolidated operating profit before non-recurring items came in at E243.2m, up 40.3% on the previous year, with net income up 48% at E180.5m.

In terms of outlook, Trigano reports that motorhome markets are expected to remain upbeat in the main European countries in 2024, with double-digit growth in Germany, France, Italy and Spain.

However, the weak momentum of the caravan market is confirmed, and prospects for a recovery in demand are envisaged at best in FY 2025.

Against this backdrop, the company explains that it will adapt its production capacities and costs to market trends, and that it will continue to study all external growth opportunities of major strategic interest.

Finally, Trigano adds that the acquisition of BIO Habitat is still under review by the French Competition Authority.
