Bourbon: renews general waiver with lenders

(CercleFinance.com) - On Thursday Bourbon announces that it has renewed the general waiver with its lessors and creditors which represent the bulk of the group's debt, thus enabling it to suspend the liability of its rents and its debt.


This waiver will let the marine service provider to, "stay focused on its operational priorities, while pursuing its search for all solutions capable of adapting its financing to its performance".
