MedinCell: departure of Chairman of the Supervisory Board
(CercleFinance.com) - Pharmaceutical company MedinCell announces the departure of Anh Nguyen, one of its founders, on February 15.
Chairman of the Supervisory Board since 2013, he reached the statutory age limit this year. The Supervisory Board has begun the process of finding a new Chairman. Sabri Markabi, until now Vice-Chairman, has been appointed interim Chairman. In this capacity, he will coordinate the continuation of the board's existing activities and objectives.
