iliad: successfully completes E750m bond issue

(CercleFinance.com) - The iliad Group yesterday successfully placed a bond issue totaling 750 million euros.


This bond will mature in 4.5 years' time (i.e. on 14 June 2027) and bears an annual coupon of 5.375%.

The transaction was a great success, with total demand of around 2 billion euros.

"This bond issue stands the Group in good stead to take advantage of improved market conditions toward the end of the year, and to refinance a portion of its existing bank debt by strengthening its financial structure and extending the average maturity of its borrowings", iliad said.
