Iliad: asset sale to Cellnex finalised

(CercleFinance.com) - Pursuant to the agreement signed on 7 May, Iliad announced the finalisation of its strategic partnership with Cellnex, with transactions which raised two billion euros for the group.


The parent company of French telecom operator Free sold 70% of the management company for passive mobile telecoms in France to the Spanish group, as well as passive mobile telecom infrastructure in Italy.
