Orpea: resumes talks with CDC and creditors

(CercleFinance.com) - Orpea announces the resumption of discussions with a group of third party French investors led by the Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations (CDC), and a group of financial creditors holding approximately 50% of its unsecured debt, amounting to 3.
8 billion euros.

The dependency care group has also applied to Euronext Paris to suspend the listing of its shares and all of its bonds. It will make a statement on the matter in due course.
