Orange: annual NI down slightly

(CercleFinance.com) - For the year ended 31 December 2024, Orange reported a 3.
7% decline in net income (group share) to E2.35bn, despite a 2.7% increase in EBITDAaL to E12.1bn and a 5.9% increase in organic cash flow from telecom activities to E3.37bn.

Sales rose by 1.2% LFL to almost E40.3bn, thanks to growth in retail services (+2.7%) and a smaller decline in services to operators (-5.2%), with other revenues (+6%) offsetting equipment sales (-1.4%).

A dividend of E0.75 per share will be proposed for FY 2024 at the next AGM. For 2025, the telecom operator has set a floor dividend of E0.75 per share.

Having achieved all its targets for 2024, Orange is aiming for 2025 EBITDAaL growth of around 3% and organic cash flow from telecom activities of at least E3.6bn (instead of E3.5bn).
