Societe Generale: a billion euros for shareholders

(CercleFinance.com) - On publishing its 2023 results, Societe Generale announces that its Board of Directors has decided on its distribution policy for the past financial year, which aims to distribute E1.
25 per share, i.e. a total of around one billion euros.

This distribution will be made up of share buybacks (around E280m), and a cash dividend of E0.90 per share. Proposed at the AGM on 22 May, this dividend will be detached on 27 May and paid on 29 May.
