Publicis: BlackRock raises stake above 5% of voting rights

(CercleFinance.com) - BlackRock, acting on behalf of its clients and funds under its management, has informed the AMF that on 2 June it raised its stake in Publicis' capital to above the thresholds of 5% of its voting rights and that,it now holds 5.
47% of the advertising group's capital and 5.01% of its voting rights.

The US asset management giant says that it rose above this threshold due to the purchase of Publicis shares on the market and an increase in the number of shares held as collateral.
