Eiffage: takes majority stake in Harwig and Eltra

(CercleFinance.com) - Eiffage, through Kropman, the Dutch subsidiary of Eiffage Energie Systèmes, recently acquired a majority stake in Harwig and Eltra.


Kropman has acquired 70% of Harwig, a company specialising in the design and construction of electrical installations, particularly fire safety installations, as well as services and maintenance. In 2021 its sales reached 26.7 million euros.

Kropman also acquired 65% of Eltra, which is involved in the design, construction and maintenance of industrial automation systems and electrical control systems. Eltra, which has 60 employees and posted sales of 11.4 million euros in 2021.
