Vivendi: AGM approves all resolutions

(CercleFinance.com) - The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders approved all 25 ordinary and extraordinary resolutions (requiring a two-thirds majority) submitted to it.


Shareholders renewed the terms of office of Yannick Bolloré and Laurent Dassault as members of the Supervisory Board for a four-year term.

At the close of the Meeting, the Supervisory Board met and confirmed Yannick Bolloré as Chairman of the Board.

The Meeting also approved the distribution of an ordinary cash dividend of 0.25 euro per share in respect of the 2023 financial year. Ex-dividend date will be April 30, 2024, with payment on May 3, 2024.
