Vivendi: Havas acquires Nohup in Italy

(CercleFinance.com) - Havas Group today announced the acquisition of Nohup, a leading Italian agency that operates in cloud services, digital transformation and systems integration.


Nohup was founded by Maria Aiello and Riccardo Fabbri, aiming to build a service that is based on cutting-edge technical expertise in software development and systems architecture to provide its customers with innovative and concrete solutions, Vivendi said.

Nohup has a team of 30 specialists operating from the cities of Udine and Milan, some of whom are already installed at Havas Village Milan.
