Casino: sale process of GreenYellow confirmed

(CercleFinance.com) - In a brief statement on Monday, Casino confirmed that it had launched a process to sell GreenYellow, its subsidiary that produces electricity from renewable energy sources, with a view to a potential transaction by the end of the year.


No binding offer has been received by Casino to date, and no final decision has been taken on this project, the food retailer said, responding to market rumours reported in the press.
