Vinci: hotel project in Lyon

(CercleFinance.com) - Vinci Immobilier has announced that it has signed a property development contract (CPI) with Lyon-based investor and operator Dalofi for the construction of a hotel in Lyon, as part of a rehabilitation project, illustrating its environmental strategy.


This project consists of transforming the former offices of Aéroports de Lyon (a subsidiary of Vinci Airport) into a 3* Hampton by Hilton hotel, which will eventually include 120 rooms, a business centre and a coworking space open to the public.

The existing building's structure will be kept, while the façades and interior fittings will be completely transformed. The project will be outward-looking with glass windows and the building will be connected by a footbridge to the terminal.
