Vinci: acquires the company Converse
(CercleFinance.com) - Vinci Energies announces the acquisition of the company Converse Energy Projects GmbH from Schneider Electric Gmbh.
Converse works in the design and implementation of turnkey projects in for electrical distribution plants for industry in Germany.
