Ingenico: Worldline now holds 93.9% of capital
(CercleFinance.com) - Worldline and Ingenico announce that following the settlement-delivery of the reopened offer, as from 17 November, Worldline will hold 93.
91% of Ingenico's share capital and at least 93.05% of its voting rights, as well as 99.64% of Ingenico's outstanding OCEANE bonds (bonds convertible into new or existing shares).
With conditions having been met, in the next few days Worldline will request the implementation of the squeeze-out procedure in order to transfer the shares and OCEANEs not tendered, at a price of 123.10 euros per share and 179 euros per OCEANE bond.
The squeeze-out's schedule will be published following the AMF's publication of the notice relating to the implementation of the squeeze-out. Ingenico has now requested the suspension of the listing of its shares and OCEANE bonds.
