Schneider Electric: MFS Company below 5% of share capital

(CercleFinance.com) - Massachusetts Financial Services (MFS) Company, acting on behalf of clients and funds, has declared to the AMF that on November 23 it crossed below the threshold of 5% of the capital of Schneider Electric, as a result of a sale of shares on the market.


The declarant stated that it held, on behalf of clients and funds, 28,548,499 Schneider Electric shares representing the same number of voting rights, i.e. 4.98% of the capital and 4.76% of the voting rights of the energy and automation solutions group.
