Dassault Aviation: 1st female member of Executive Commtitee
(CercleFinance.com) - The group names Valérie Guillemet as Human Resources Director of Dassault Aviation.
She is the first female member to sit on the company's Executive Committee.
Valérie Guillemet joined Dassault Aviation's design office in Saint Cloud as an aerodynamics engineer. She then arrived at the Mérignac factory in 1995 where she was put in charge of the Mirage 2000 systems.
In 1999, she took over the responsibility for the service of the Rafale and Falcon Series Systems. Between 2008 and 2014, she headed up the Rafale production line, then the Falcon 7X and 8X line. She was later appointed Deputy Manager in charge of production before gaining the role of Mérignac site manager in 2015.
