EssilorLuxottica: license agreement renewed with Armani

(CercleFinance.com) - EssilorLuxottica has announced the renewal of its license agreement with the Armani group for a further 15 years, as from 1 January 2023.
The current agreement, which has been in place from 1 January 2013, is due to expire at the end of this year.

The license agreement covers the development, production and worldwide distribution of eyewear under the Giorgio Armani, Giorgio Armani Privé, Emporio Armani, EA7 Emporio Armani and A|X Armani Exchange brands.

Management said that in keeping with Leonardo Del Vecchio's vision, the group said that it is inaugurating a new model of long-term partnership with the Armani Group that will keep the spirit that will drives us for many years to come.
