Wendel: NAV reaches E7,912m at 31 March

(CercleFinance.com) - Net asset value (NAV) stood at E7,912m, or E178.
1 per share at 31 March 2024, up +11.2% from E160.2 per share at 31 December 2023. The discount to NAV at 31 March 2024 was 48.2%.

Consolidated sales for Q1 2024 totaled E1,848m, up +11.7% as reported and up 6.9% on an organic basis.

The group reported strong organic growth for CPI (+9.7%) and Bureau Veritas (+8.0%), strong total growth for Stahl (+9.8%), and total growth for Scalian of +1.3%.

Total liquidity stood at E3.2bn on 31 March 2024, including E2.3bn in free cash and E875m in (undrawn) credit lines.
