Eurazeo: reappoints Virginie Morgon as chair

(CercleFinance.com) - The Eurazeo Supervisory Board, which met on 29 November, 2021, unanimously decided to renew the term of office of Virginie Morgon as Chair of its Executive Board for four years, as from March 2022.


Virginie Morgon will propose to the RSG Committee at its meeting on 7 March 2022, a complete composition of the Management Board for the next term.

The company has greatly accelerated its development; with AuM of 27 billion euros, deployed in three asset classes (private equity, private debt, real assets), one of the leading European players in private equity, management said.
