Eurazeo: Redspher completes acquisition of Speed Pack Europe

(CercleFinance.com) - Redspher announces the acquisition of Speed Pack Europe with the support of Eurazeo PME.

Speed Pack Europe is a Spanish company specialising in urgent transport services.

Redspher's acquisition of Speed Pack meets its wish to internationally cover all serbices relating to on-demand transport of items for both people and multinationals in all sectors, the group said.

Barcelona-based Speed Pack Europe reported 2018 sales of about 10 million euros.
