Imerys: changes to executive committee

(CercleFinance.com) - Imerys has announced changes in its executive committee from 2 August, including the appointment of Olivier Pirotte, who has been its CFO since 2015, as director of Strategy and M&A.


He will take over from Olivier Hautin, who has decided to leave the Group for personal reasons after contributing to its development for 25 years in different general management positions and more recently at the corporate level.

In this context, Sébastien Rouge will be appointed Imerys' CFO and a member of its Executive Committee. He has extensive financial experience in groups such as Alstom Power and General Electric, and was also CFO of Latécoère and Soitec.
