Pernod Ricard: revised outlook for 2024-25 and beyond

(CercleFinance.com) - Pernod Ricard says it now anticipates a 'low single digit' organic decline in sales in 2024-25, while stabilising its organic operating margin, in a difficult macro-economic environment and heightened geopolitical uncertainties.


Depending on the magnitude of potential tariff increases, it expects 2025-26 to be a year of transition, with an improvement in the organic sales trend. It will then focus on protecting its organic operating margin.

For 2026-27 to 2028-29, the spirits group anticipates an improvement in organic sales growth within an average range of between +3 and +6%, as well as an increase in its organic operating margin.
