BPCE: opens tender offer for Natixis shares

(CercleFinance.com) - Late on Thursday BPCE announced that the simplified public tender offer relating to Natixis shares will be open from 4 June 2021 to 1 July (inclusive).


This announcement follows the obtaining of all the required regulatory authorisations.

The AMF declared the Offer compliant on 15 April 2021, and on the same day affixed its visa on the BPCE prospectus and on the Natixis response note.

The Offer is being made at a price of 4.00 euros per Natixis share (ex-dividend).
