Danone: completes E600m bond issue

(CercleFinance.com) - Danone announced late yesterday that it has completed the placement of a 600 million euro bond issue, with a 10-year maturity and a coupon of 3.
071%.

This issue enables Danone to increase its financial leeway while extending the maturity of its debt.

Settlement and delivery is scheduled for 7 September 2022, with the bonds will be listed on Euronext Paris.
