TotalEnergies: EU approves creation of joint venture

(CercleFinance.com) - The European Commission has approved the creation of a joint venture by TotalEnergies SE, based in France, and OQ SAOC, based in Oman.


The transaction mainly concerns the development, construction and operation of a liquefied natural gas bunkering project in Oman.

The Commission concluded that the proposed concentration would not raise competition concerns, given the limited impact on the European Economic Area.
