Total: update on Carling site

(CercleFinance.com) - Reacting to information published by certain media that has legitimately aroused emotion on the Carling site, Total confirms that there is no sale process underway for the Cray Valley company.


It adds that it will respect the commitments made in 2013 during the restructuring of the Carling site relating to the global C4 (Ricon, Krasol) and RW (Cleartack) resins activities which it intends to develop.

Total therefore reaffirms its commitment to the Carling petrochemical platform and its Region, and underlines that an agreement with the public authorities has made it possible to support the implementation of several third-party industrial projects on the Carling platform.
