Air Liquide: BlackRock cuts stake to under 5%

(CercleFinance.com) - Acting on behalf of its clients and funds managed, BlackRock has informed the AMF that on 20 May it reduced its stake in Air Liquide to below the threshold of 5% of the group's capital and voting rights and that, on behalf of the said clients and funds, it now holds 23,627,235 Air Liquide shares, i.
e. the same number of voting rights, or 4.99% of the group's capital and voting rights.

The breaking of these thresholds results from the restitution of shares held as collateral.
