Air France-KLM: no stake in Virgin Atlantic

(CercleFinance.com) - As part of the joint venture between Air France-KLM, Delta Air Lines and Virgin Atlantic, which was authorised by the US Department of Transport on 21 November and whose governance has been finalised, Air France-KLM and Virgin have changed their mind on one point: the taking of a stake in Virgin Atlantic, which is no longer considered necessary.


Air France-KLM and Virgin "are negotiating an agreement whereby Air France-KLM will not acquire a stake in Virgin Atlantic, without any impact on Air France-KLM's position in the commercial Delta -Virgin Atlantic- Air France-KLM joint venture".
