Safran: BofA raises target price

(CercleFinance.com) - Bank of America confirms its 'buy' recommendation on Safran shares, with a target price raised from E266 to E283, following a good quarterly report from the aircraft engine and equipment manufacturer late last week.


Growth will probably exceed 10% in 2025, while management's forecast of a margin expansion of around 100bp to 200bp in propulsion in 2025 is very positive in our view, the broker judges.

BofA says that strong 2024 results continue to show that 2028 targets are conservative, and the clear commitment to return cash to shareholders in the medium term is likely to support valuation.
