Rallye: agreement with creditors

(CercleFinance.com) - Rallye announces an agreement by which its creditors benefiting from security trusts over Casino shares have waived any event of default resulting from the opening of conciliation proceedings in respect of Casino on 25 May.


In return, each of the creditors concerned will benefit from the right to appropriate its share of the Casino shares placed in security trusts, or to order their sale by the trustee, in repayment of its interest in the financing concerned.

In the event of such appropriation or sale, the balance of the creditor's claim, if any, will be due and payable on the due date initially agreed under the financing in question.
